Join us on Wednesday 22 at 6pm to launch a unique limited edition "publication" created as part of the exhibition Three bodies, six legs, six hands. The three authors will present a special piece of artifact that they co-created together. It consists of a notebook with a fanciful story from the pen of curator Klára Vavříková, sandwiched between two sandstone panels with a drawing by sculptor Martin Žák and wrapped in a latex image created by artist Tereza Štětinová. All the works are interconnected to form one art object that can be stored in a library as a rare bibliophilia, or broken down into individual pieces to complement your home art collection.

The launch of the "publication" will then be preceded by a talk with our special guest, columnist and writer Jan Fingerland, who, among other things, has written about culturally conditioned perspectives on historical female figures associated with religion, or interpretations of the Bible. Thus, the thematic content intersects with the content of the publication and the exhibition itself.

"I wake up and take a bundle of pink blankets in my arms. I stand in the window and watch a cat in the garden, walking around under one of the trees. I go downstairs and walk through the house to the spot. There's a small rose bush. I put the covers down and start digging in the ground. It's damp after the night's rain. The cat sits down in a hollow and curls up in a ball. I cover it with some dirt to keep it cool. I pick one of the flowers and decorate the cat's bed with it. I see that she is already dozing, so I kiss her and go back to my own bed."

"And then what happens?"
"Then I wake up..."
